Blanche Rowan is requesting a rezoning of her property along Suncrest Avenue, Tax Map 06‐07 Parcels 116 and 117, from Neighborhood Mixed Use to Industrial. VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS TO SET FOR February 17, 2016 1. Jennifer Huey is requesting the Right‐of‐Way abandonment of the alley between Parcels 2 & 3 of Tax Map 03‐6. This runs from Fairmont Ave to Gaston Avenue and between Tenth Street and Eleventh Street. Applicant represent that this is necessary to provide for the subsequent consolidation of Parcel 1, 2, 3, 4 and 4.1 of Tax Map 03‐6 to facilitate commercial development. VII. NEW BUSINESS None VIII.
