Richardson Councilman Ken Tedford Kelly Frost MAYOR Councilwoman Karla Kent Coimcilwoman Incorporated 1908 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE STATE CDBG APPLICATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Fallen will conduct a public hearing on October 19, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at the Council Chambers, 55 West Williams Avenue, Fallen, Nevada in order to discuss comments received on potential applications for funding under the next fiscal year's (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022) State Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) Program and to select and rank projects to move forward with a full application to be submitted to the State CDBG Program. The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss comments received on potential applications and approve and rank applications prior to submittal to the State. Proposed projects and estimated funding are listed below: Cottage School Renovation - $425,000 City Hall Breakroom and Womens' Restroom ADA improvements - $500,000 Street and Sidewalk ADA Improvements - $575,000 City Hall Generator Project - $150,000 If you require special accommodations to participate in the public hearing, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (775)423-5104 or TDD at(775)423-0835 or the Nevada Relay Number 711.
