a) Discussion on Park Avenue Plan and the desire for bike lanes
4) Adoption of Remote Participation Policies
a) Both pass unanimously
b) Discussion of which months to hold all remote meetings, decision to have June and
December be remote, and to decide between August and September at a later meeting
5) Adoption of Rules of Procedure
a) Vote passes unanimously
6) Discussion of Neighborhood Traffic Calming (NTC) Handbook Update
a) Reiterated concern that not all comments were addressed.
b) Discussion of voting procedure for non-single-family residences
c) Decision to table item, individual member move forward with discussions with staff
independently
7) Park Avenue Discussion
a) Repeated concern over lack of protected bike lanes, frustration over proposed sharrows
b) Questions over the process up until this point and future steps
8) Vote at 9 to continue the meeting
a) Vote passes unanimously
9) NTC Monthly Update
a) Brief update from Jess on Greenway Downs Public meeting
