City Council and Planning Commission Liaison Reports 3) Public Comment a) Joyce - Observing as a member of Bike Falls Church. 4) NVTC Envision Route 7 a) Invitation and Webpage shared. b) Stu volunteered to attend and report back. 5) Bike Master Plan Scope Discussion a) Presentation from staff on current status, scope, and upcoming schedule. b) Discussion on plan’s actionability, strengthening strategies regarding connection to public transit, focus near schools, advancing timeline for implementation. 6) NTC Monthly Update a) Brief update on the status of ongoing Greenway Down Vote b) Discussion on un-pausing of other NTC cases, frustration expressed at timeline. c) Review of West Moreland After Action Report 7) Vote on Proposed 30% Greenway Downs Design a) Walkthrough of project design b) Discussion of effectiveness of a limited number of speedhumps, future plans for evaluating effectiveness of completed projects. c) Motion to approve Greenway Downs 30% Designs. a.
