Letty Hardi moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott that the City Council Government Operations Committee approve electronic participation by Erin Flynn in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06.
