Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott that City Council approve electronic participation by Dave Snyder in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06. The motion PASSED on voice vote, 4-0. Ms. Flynn was in Beaufort, NC for personal reasons. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott that City Council approve electronic participation by Erin Flynn in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06. The motion PASSED on voice vote, 4-0.
