MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. DATE: March 27, 2024 LOCATION: Oak Room, City Hall, 300 Park Avenue, Falls Church, VA 22046 MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY: Letty Hardi AT 8:36 AM THOSE PRESENT:  City Council Staff Ms. Connelly:  Mr. Shields:  Ms. Flynn:  Ms. Heath:  Ms. Hardi:  Ms. Gillette: Ms. Schantz-Hiscott:  Ms. Bawa:  __ Ms. Lian: Ms. Mester:  Mr. Snyder:  Ms. Underhill:  TOPICS OF DISCUSSION: Mr. Snyder was in Frankfort, KY for business travel. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott that City Council approve electronic participation by Dave Snyder in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06. The motion PASSED on voice vote, 4-0. Ms. Flynn was in Beaufort, NC for personal reasons. Marybeth Connelly moved, seconded by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott that City Council approve electronic participation by Erin Flynn in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-06. The motion PASSED on voice vote, 4-0.
