MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. LOCATION/DATE OF MEETING Oak Room, City Hall January 4, 2023 MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY: Mayor Tarter AT 8:30 a.m. THOSE PRESENT:  City Council Staff Ms. Connelly:  Mr. Shields:  Mr. Duncan: _________ Ms. Heath: ______________ Ms. Hardi:  Ms. Prince: __________ Ms. Schantz-Hiscott: _______ Ms. Kachur: __________ Ms. Lian:  Mr. Lubkeman:  Mr. Snyder:  Ms. Bawa: _________ Mr. Tarter:  Ms. Mester:  Ms. Lian was at home for a work meeting. MOTION: Ms. Connelly moved, seconded by Ms. Schantz Hiscott that City Council approve electronic participation by Caroline Lian in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2022-02. ROLL CALL VOTE: There being no further discussion, the Mayor asked the Clerk to call the roll on the motion: Ms. Connelly: AYE Mr. Duncan: AYE Ms. Hardi: AYE Ms. Schantz-Hiscott: AYE Mr. Snyder: AYE Mayor Tarter: AYE The motion PASSED on roll call vote, 6-0.
