MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF
PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda.

MOTION: Ms. Connelly moved, seconded by Ms. Schantz Hiscott that City Council approve electronic
participation by Caroline Lian in this meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on
Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2022-02.
ROLL CALL VOTE: There being no further discussion, the Mayor asked the Clerk to call the roll on the motion:

The motion PASSED on roll call vote, 6-0.
