Debbie Schantz-Hiscott moved, seconded by Letty Hardi to approve electronic participation by Ms. Lian in today’s meeting, for personal reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s Policy on Participation in Meetings Through Electronic Means, as adopted by Resolution 2023-01.
