MINUTES OF MAYOR’S AGENDA MEETING WITH STAFF PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss scheduling items on the City Council’s agenda. MOTION: Ms. Connelly moved, seconded by Mr. Snyder that City Council approve electronic participation by Debbie Schantz-Hiscott in this meeting, for medical reasons, pursuant to the City Council’s adopted policy.
