Gershman, Brickner, and Bratton, Inc. (GBB) presented Waste diversion; topics included current SWM system, 2004 SWMP goals, constraints, opportunities, S.M.A.R.T Goals, potential diversion goals and programs 2. Discussed current tipping fees with Fairfax County I-66 Transfer Station 3. Discussed American Recycling Center (ARC) fees and rebates 4. Discussed regional waste audits; request for audits will be sent to neighboring jurisdictions 5.
