Gershman, Brickner, and Bratton, Inc. (GBB): Review on SWMP requirements and supporting law (VA130-120), SWMP alignment with City Comp plan, and review of EPA tool 2. Review and voted on SWMP goal 1 & 2 – passed 3-0 3. Voted on all virtual participation policy – passed 3-0 4.
