BUDGET WORK SESSION B.1 Discuss the City Manager's balanced budget and organizational funding requests related to the adoption of the Farmers Branch 2013-14 fiscal year budget. City Manager, Gary D. Greer, and Charles Cox, Finance Director, gave a presentation on the City's proposed 2013-2014 fiscal year budget.
