G. CITIZEN COMMENTS This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the City Council on any matter that is not posted on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the City Council should complete a Citizen Comments Registration Card and submit it to the City Secretary or Mayor prior to the start of the City Council meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak with a reasonable limitation on speakers on one topic or item with a maximum of fifteen total minutes on the same topic item. Anyone wishing to speak shall be courteous and cordial. The City Council is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizen Comments. PUBLIC HEARINGS I.1 ORD-3627 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3627 for a Specific Use Permit to allow for on-site sale/consumption of alcoholic beverages, within a qualifying restaurant for an approximate 6.85-acre property located at 14221 Dallas Parkway; and take appropriate action I.2 ORD-3628 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3628 for a Specific Use Permit for a Chiropractic massage studio on an approximate 3.45-acre property located at 13150 Senlac Drive, Suite 160; and take appropriate action I.3 ORD-3629 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3629 for a request to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance including amending: Article 2. Zoning Districts and Uses as it relates to allowing Commercial Amusement (Indoor) uses by right within the Light Industrial zoning district, and Article 7. Definitions as it relates to modifying the definitions of Amusement Commercial (Indoor) and Amusement Commercial (Outdoor); and take appropriate action J.
