CITIZEN COMMENTS Public Comment is your opportunity to address your City of Farmers Branch elected officials directly about issues that are important to and your community, but there is a process that must be followed : Speaker request form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary from the time the agenda is posted up to 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless this form has been submitted. I.9 ORD-3673 Consider adopting Ordinance No. 3673 amending Chapter 56 of the Property Maintenance Code by adding Article IV, Owner Removal of Graffiti and establishing an offense for failure to remove; and take appropriate action I.10 R2021-003 Consider approving Resolution 2021-003 for a Detailed Site Plan amendment for an existing office/warehouse building on an approximate 1.84-acre lot located at 13375 N. Stemmons Freeway; and take appropriate action J.
