CITIZEN COMMENTS Public Comment is your opportunity to address your City of Farmers Branch elected officials directly about issues that are important to and your community, but there is a process that must be followed : Speaker request form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary from the time the agenda is posted up to 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless this form has been submitted. This process applies to all action items listed on the agenda. Zoning Districts and Uses, Article 3. Zoning District Dimensional Standards, and Article 4.3. Parking and Loading; and take appropriate action J.2 R2021-093 Conduct a public hearing and consider approving Resolution No. 2021-093 nominating Copart, Inc. to the office of the Governor Economic Development & Tourism through the Economic Development Bank as an enterprise project; and take appropriate action K. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS K.1 ORD-3696 Consider adopting Ordinance No. 3696 Amending in its Entirety Chapter 56 “Property Maintenance” of the Code of Ordinances Relating to the Regulation of the Condition and Maintenance of Real Property Within the City; Repealing Articles X, XI, and XII of Chapter 22, Articles IV and VI of Chapter 34; and Sections 22-265, 62-28, 66-37(c) and 66-38 of the Code of Ordinances; and take appropriate action K.2 21-364 Consider a Board and Commission appointment (Arts & Culture Committee); and take appropriate action L.
