CITIZEN COMMENTS Public Comment is your opportunity to address your City of Farmers Branch elected officials directly about issues that are important to and your community, but there is a process that must be followed : Speaker request form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary from the time the agenda is posted up to 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting.
