PUBLIC HEARING C.1 ORD-3747 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3747 amending Chapter 2 “Administration” Article VI “Personnel”, Division 2, “Municipal Retirement System”, Section 2-581(b) to provide any City Employee who is a member of the Texas Municipal Retirement System, deemed eligible to retire with at least 20 years of credited service in the system; and take appropriate action D. ADJOURNMENT The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
