PUBLIC HEARING(S) H.1 ORD-3749 Conduct a public hearing to consider Ordinance No. 3749 authorizing the issuance of the City of Farmers Branch, Tx combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation, series 2022; levying a tax in payment thereof; approving the official statement, a paying agent/registrar agreement; and a bond purchase contract; and enacting other provisions relating thereto; and take appropriate action (This item will be rescheduled for Council consideration at the July 19, 2022 City Council meeting) I. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS I.1 22-368 Receive an update from The Family Place I.2 22-369 Receive an update from Woven Health Clinic I.3 R2022-078 Consider approving Resolution No. 2022-078 authorizing the City Manager to approve the purchase of one replacement grabber truck in the amount of $240,037 from MHC Kenworth through the Sourcewell Purchase Cooperative; and take appropriate action I.4 R2022-079 Consider approving Resolution No. 2022-79 authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Gomez Floor Covering, Inc. to perform the floor and wall renovations on the second floor at the Recreation Center through the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing contract in the total amount of $391,344 and take appropriate action I.5 R2022-080 Consider approving Resolution No. 2022-80 authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Home Depot Pro Institutional to perform lighting and hanging ceiling renovations on the second floor at the Recreation Center through the US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance contract in the total amount of $286,815 and take appropriate action.
