CONSENT AGENDA H.1 23-151 Consider approving the following City Council meeting minutes; and take appropriate action. · February 21, 2023 Regular Meeting H.2 R2023-037 Consider approving Resolution No. 2023-037 authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Exclusive Properties Texas, LLC dba EPT Commercial in the amount of $107,500 for a 12 month period, to provide consulting services for design and construction management for the Multisport Facility Project; and take appropriate action. H.3 ORD-3787 Consider approving Ordinance 3787, amending in its entirety Article VIII “Fences” of Chapter 22 “Building and Building Regulations” of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Farmers Branch relating to the regulation of fences; and take appropriate action. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless the Citizen Comments form has been submitted. This process applies to all action items listed on the agenda. When called by the Mayor, please approach the podium and state your name and address prior to beginning your comment. ADJOURNMENT The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item.
