EXECUTIVE SESSION D.1 24-419 The City Council will convene into a closed Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel) to discuss and deliberate on proposals for City Attorney legal services. CEREMONIAL ITEMS G.1 24-405 Consider accepting a donation in the amount of $1,000 for The Branch Connection from the Farmers Branch Woman’s Club; and take appropriate action. H. ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST Pursuant to Section 551.0415 of the Texas Government Code, the City Council or City Administration may report information on the following items: 1) expression of thanks, congratulations or condolences, 2) information about holiday schedules, 3) recognition of individuals, 4) reminders about upcoming City events, 5) information about community events, and 6) announcements involving an imminent threat to public health and safety, and 7) reports from Council Liaisons to supported organizations. Individuals will not be recognized to speak during the meeting unless the Citizen Comments form has been submitted. This process applies to all action items listed on the agenda. CONSENT AGENDA K.1 24-353 Consider approving the following City Council meeting minutes; and take appropriate action. · May 16, 2024, Special City Council Meeting · May 21, 2024, Regular City Council Meeting K.2 24-424 Consider excusing the absence of Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Richard Jackson from the Study Session portion of the City Council meeting on May 21, 2024; and take appropriate action. K.3 R2024-069 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-069 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a three-year agreement with Vertosoft, LLC for the purchase of OpenGov software licensing, implementation, and training, in the first-year amount of $97,634, utilizing the State of Texas Department of Information Resources Contract DIR-TSO-4227; and take appropriate action. K.4 R2024-096 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-096 authorizing the submission of an application to Dallas County for the Fiscal Year 2024 Dallas County Community Development Block Grant program for the Sanitary Sewer Replacement project in the utility easement between Richland Avenue and Squire Place from Goodwater Street to Dennis Lane, and take appropriate action. K.5 R2024-102 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-102 affirming the appointment of a shared Board Member with the City of Plano to serve on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) Board of Directors, and take appropriate action. L. PUBLIC HEARINGS M. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS M.1 24-383 Receive an update from Woven Health. M.2 24-384 Receive an update from Metrocrest Services. M.3 R2024-095 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-095, authorizing the City Manager to award the Valley View Lane Culvert Rehabilitation Project to Rebcon, LLC, in the amount of $993,435; and take appropriate action. M.4 R2024-097 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-097 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Fuquay, LLC, for a pipeline rehabilitation project at various locations throughout the City in the amount of $3,099,178.33, and take appropriate action. M.5 R2024-098 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-098 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Rossford Street Shared Path on Denton Drive in the amount of $2,813,638; and take appropriate action.
