K.8 R2024-228 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-228 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Agreement for Jail Holding Facility software and maintenance with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, a Sole Source provider, in the amount of $59,937 for use by the Police Department; and take appropriate action. K.9 R2024-227 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-227 awarding a contract to Flock Group Inc. for the purchase of Flock Safety Software, License Plate Readers, Video Management System, and Video Trailer using MVCPA grant funds in the amount of $74,400; and take appropriate action. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS M.1 R2024-236 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-236 authorizing the City Manager to accept the transfer of the maintenance of three medians in the Oakbrook Subdivision to the City from the Oakbrook Community Services Association, Inc. for a specified one-time payment of $23,360; and take appropriate action. M.2 R2024-231 Consider approving Resolution No. 2024-231, casting a vote for member representation to the Board of Directors of the Dallas Central Appraisal District; and take appropriate action.
