J.3 ORD-3910 Consider approving Ordinance No. 3910 amending the Farmers Branch Code of Ordinance, Section 82-95 “No Parking Zones” to add a no parking zone on the northside of the westbound feeder road of IH 635 service road from two hundred (200) feet east of Commerce Street to the right turn lane at Luna Road requiring appropriate signage; and take appropriate action. J.4 R2025-030 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-030 authorizing the City Manager or appropriate designee to execute a contract for outsourced payroll services with ADP, Inc. for a three (3) year term in the estimated amount of $564,177.75, and take appropriate action. J.5 R2025-029 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-029 authorizing the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 2 for the construction contract for the Justice Center remodel with Falkenberg Construction Company for the remodel of the detention center and cabling in the amount of $423,247.30, increasing the total contract amount to $2,163,668.06; and take appropriate action. J.7 R2025-012 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-012 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Rebcon, Inc. for the construction of the Denton Drive Roadway Improvements from Valley View Lane to Pike Street and between the StarCenter and the south City limits for the amount of $3,693,157.98; and take appropriate action. PUBLIC HEARINGS K.1 ORD-3902 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3902 for a zoning amendment for a multifamily development on approximately 10.59 acres located at 1990 Wittington Place within Planned Development District No. 88 (PD-88); and take appropriate action.
