PUBLIC HEARINGS D.1 ORD-3917 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3917 for a zoning amendment for warehouse and distribution use on approximately 22.9 acres located at 1349 and 1399 Valley View Lane within Planned Development District No. 78 (PD-78); and take appropriate action. CLOSING REMARKS AND ADJOURN STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION The City Council may convene into executive session at anytime during the Study Session or Regular meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item. Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
