J.10 R2025-049 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-049 authorizing the City Manager to execute an emergency repair contract with Felix Construction Company for the emergency repair of the Wicker Pump Station in the estimated amount of $179,415, with an additional $50,000 in contingency funds for materials and labor required to address unforeseen emergency repairs; and take appropriate action.
