I. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comment is your opportunity to address the City Council. Persons desiring to address the City Council must fill out a Public Comment Form. Request form(s) will be accepted by the City Secretary from the time the agenda is posted up to 30 minutes prior to the regular meeting. CONSENT AGENDA J.1 25-226 Consider approving the following City Council meeting minutes; and take appropriate action. · March 18, 2025, City Council Meeting Minutes J.2 ORD-3921 Consider adopting Ordinance No. 3921 amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 26, Fee Schedule, and correcting the fees for Multi-Family Inspections; and take appropriate action. J.3 R2025-023 Consider Resolution No. 2025-023 approving an amended and restated landscape maintenance agreement with the Mercer Crossing North Master Property Owners Association, Inc.; and take appropriate action. J.4 R2025-059 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-059 approving the first amended and restated Consulting Services Agreement between the City and Strategic Government Resources (SGR) for interim Finance Director services; and take appropriate action. J.5 R2025-047 Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-047 authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements and authorize payments for the purchase of Flock Safety Software, License Plate Readers, Video Management System, and other related equipment and services from Flock Group Inc., using MVCPA Grant Funds and other approved City Funds; and take appropriate action. PUBLIC HEARINGS K.1 ORD-3919 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3919 granting a Specific Use Permit - Interim Use for outside storage on approximately 13.6 acres located at 1801 Valley View Lane within Planned Development District No. 77 (PD-77); and take appropriate action. K.2 R2025-050 Conduct a public hearing and consider approving Resolution No. 2025-050 for a detailed site plan with special exceptions related to signage for property located at 1801 Valley View Lane within Planned Development District No. 77 (PD-77); and take appropriate action. K.3 ORD-3920 Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 3920 granting a specific use permit for a self-storage facility on approximately 5.6 acres addressed as 4545 Spring Valley Road within the Light Industrial (LI) zoning district; and take appropriate action.
