B.2 14-SP-03 Consider the request from the Billingsley Company to approve a Detailed Site Plan for an office development on 15.5 acres located approximately 200 feet west of the southwest corner of Wittington Place and Senlac Drive (also known as 1900 Wittington Place) and take appropriate action.
