B.2 14-SP-04 Consider the Detailed Site Plan requested by Alpha Midway Commons Ventures LP for a 1 acre retail center to be located on Lot 3, Block A, of the Midway Alpha Retail Center, or more commonly known as 13701 Midway Road, and take appropriate action. This site is located in Planned Development No. 64 (PD-64). C.
