REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 TMP-0720 Consider approval of the minutes of the June 9, 2014 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and take appropriate action. B.2 TMP-0436 Consider accepting the final plat of Lincoln Royal Revised, Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and take appropriate action. B.3 14-SP-08 Consider a request from Francine Parker for a Detailed Site Plan for an approximate 9,000 square foot lot located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Bee Street and Richland Avenue, also known as 13523 Bee Street, and take appropriate action. B.4 14-SP-07 Consider a request from TCI Stanford LLC to amend the Detailed Site Plan for an 8.813 acre tract described as Stanford Corporate Centre, also known as 14001 Dallas Parkway, and take appropriate action. B.6 14-SP-06 Consider a request from Provident Realty Advisors to amend the Detailed Site Plan for 10.06 acre tract described as Lot 1 block A of the Mercer Crossing South subdivision plat, also known as 11700 Luna Road and take appropriate action. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 13 ZA-07 Continue discussion on the request from T. Sorrento Incorporated to amend Planned Development No. 81 (PD-81) to allow a 10.58 acre “Mixed Use Residential” development including a Conceptual Site Plan, and take appropriate action. The proposed Conceptual Site Plan includes the development of approximately 448 multi-family units with several Special Exceptions, including but not limited to building setbacks. The site is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of the eastbound frontage road of the LBJ Freeway (I- 635) and Mira Lago Boulevard within PD-81, commonly known as 11771 Mira Lago Boulevard. D. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
