This download may be accessed from any computer with Internet access, including computers at the Manske Library and in the lobby of City Hall. Any individual who wishes to speak on an agenda item should fill out a Registration Form for Appearance before the Planning and Zoning Commission (white card located in the back of the Council Chambers) and submit the completed card to City Administraion member prior to the start of the meeting. A. STUDY SESSION A.1 TMP-0790 Discuss regular agenda items. A.2 TMP-0791 Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman. B. PUBLIC HEARING B.1 14-ZA-07 Public Hearing: Consider a request from the Billingsley Company to amend Planned Development No. 88 (PD-88). This amendment includes changing an approximate 20 acre tract (Tract2) from “Commerce” subdistrict to a “Mid-Density” subdistrict and establishing a Conceptual Site Plan for a new multi-family residential community. The proposed Conceptual Site Plan is specifically related to two tracts: Tract 1 consisting of approximately 3.8 acres and Tract 2 containing approximately 20 acres. Tract 1 is located on the northwest corner of Wittington Place and Senlac Drive. Tract 2 is located on the eastern side of Senlac Drive. C. C.2 TMP-0783 Consider a request from BAM Capital Group for approval of a Detailed Site Plan for a multi-Family development consisting of approximately 5 acres and containing 154 dwelling units located at 1521 Royal Lane and take appropriate action.
