B.2 14-SP-11 Consider a request from Chamberlain Roofing and Weatherproofing for Detailed Site Plan approval of a 3.7 acre site and take appropriate action. This site is located at 2170 Diplomat Drive, also described as Lot 2A, Block 7 of the Valwood Park Farmers Branch Phase Two Addition. B.3 14-SP-12 Consider the request from the Lincoln Property Company to amend the Site Plan located at 2005 Valley View Lane, within Planned Development No. 77 (PD-77) zoning district and take appropriate action. This site is located within the Planned Development 22 (PD-22) zoning district and take appropriate action. C.2 14-SU-05 Public Hearing: Consider the request from the Shell at Farmers Branch (Tahhan Family Invt Ltd) to amend a Specific Use Permit to allow for beer and wine sales and a gasoline station located at 13115 Stemmons. This site is located within the Planned Development 24 (PD-24) zoning district and take appropriate action. E. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
