B.3 TMP-0813 Consider request for final plat approval of MBP West, Lot 1, Block A and take appropriate action. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 14-SP-13 Consider a request from Data Center Systems of a Detailed Site Plan for development of a new commercial building on a 3.35 acre site located at 1891 Valley View Lane, approximately 900 feet west of the Hutton Drive/Valley View intersection, and take appropriate action. C.3 14-ZA-08 Consider a request from Douglas Distributing to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, including but not limited to, amending Article 8 by establishing a new zoning overlay district to allow for the sale of beer and wine for off-premise consumption located at 2702 Valwood Parkway and take appropriate action. E. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
