B.3 TMP-0947 Consider request for final plat approval of Kitchen Club Addition, Lot 1, Block A and take appropriate action. B.4 14-SP-21 Consider a request from Texas Dugan Limited Partnership for a Detailed Site Plan approval of a 5.548 acre site and take appropriate action. This site is located at 13951 Senlac Drive. C. C.2 14 SU-05 Consider the repeal of Ordinance No. 3129 which established a Specific Use Permit allowing a Natural Gas Well site at 12651 Mercer Parkway C.3 14-SU-11 Consider a request from Pupuseria Palacios for a Specific Use Permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages in a qualified restaurant at 13920 Josey Lane, Suite 102. This site is located within the Planned Development Number 3 (PD-3) zoning district. E. ADJOURNMENT Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
