REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS B.1 TMP-0975 Consider approval of the minutes of the November 24, 2014 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and take appropriate action. B.2 TMP-0974 Consider a request from Multimedia Solutions for a Detailed Site Plan approval of an approximate 1.5 acre site and take appropriate action. This site is located approximately 200 feet east of Hutton Drive along the south side of Diplomat Drive, and more commonly described as 2030 Diplomat Drive. C. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 14-SU-12 Consider a request from The Victoria Restaurant for a Specific Use Permit allowing a special event center (banquet hall) at 13435 Bee Street and take appropriate action.
