PUBLIC HEARING City of Farmers Branch Page 1 Printed on 8/31/2015 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Agenda - Final May 28, 2015 C.1 15-ZA-01 Consider a request from Royal Hospitality Texas LLC to amend Planned Development No. 88 (PD-88). The site is located approximately 100 feet south of the southwest corner portion of Mercer Parkway and Luna Road, also known as 12101-12301 Luna Road. This amendment includes changing an approximate 6.1 acres tract from the “Commerce” subdistrict to the “Urban Center” subdistrict and establishing a Site Plan for a new retail and multi-family residential community that includes a full service hotel building. This proposed Site Plan will include several Special Exceptions. A Specific Use Permit is requested for the full service hotel.
