This site is located at 2001 Academy Lane, also described as Lot 2, Block A of Senlac Addition. PUBLIC HEARING C.1 15-SU-03 Consider a request from Michael’s Grill for a Specific Use Permit to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages in a qualified restaurant at 13920 Josey Lane, Suite 100 and take appropriate action. This site is located within the Planned Development Number 3 (PD-3) zoning district. In addition, the applicant is requesting approval of a 3.5 Site Plan for two hotels, a shared parking structure, and a retail/office building. This proposed Site Plan includes two Special Exceptions. A Specific Use Permit is also requested for the two proposed hotels. The proposed 3.5 acre site is located along the eastbound frontage road of the LBJ Freeway (I-635) approximately 600 feet west of the LBJ Frontage Road/Luna Road intersection.
