Any individual who wishes to speak on an agenda item should fill out a Registration Form for Appearance before the Planning and Zoning Commission (white card located in the back of the Council Chambers) and submit the completed card to The Chair member prior to the start of the meeting. A. STUDY SESSION A.1 22-510 Discuss Regular Agenda items. A.2 22-540 Review and discuss the Planning and Zoning Commission’s bi-annual update on Fiscal Year 2021-2022 work program. A.3 22-538 Receive an update regarding the Comprehensive Plan - Strategic Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting on August 17, 2022. A.4 22-536 Receive a report regarding zoning and development cases acted upon by The City Council. A.5 22-511 Discuss agenda items for future Planning and Zoning Commission consideration. B. CITIZEN COMMENTS City of Farmers Branch Page 1 Printed on 9/9/2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Agenda September 12, 2022 This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Planning and Zoning Commission on any matter that is not posted on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the Commission should complete a Citizen Comments Registration Form and submit it to the Chairman prior to the start of the meeting. There is a three (3) minute time limit for each citizen to speak with a reasonable limitation on speakers on one topic or item with a maximum of fifteen total minutes on the same topic item. Anyone wishing to speak shall be courteous and cordial. The Planning and Zoning Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizen Comments. However, the Planning and Zoning Commission may have the item placed on a future agenda for action; refer the item to the Director of Planning for further study or action; briefly state existing City policy; or provide a brief statement of factual information in response to the inquiry. C. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS C.1 22-413 Consider approval of the August 22, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes; and take appropriate action. C.2 22-SP-03 Consider the request for a Detailed Site Plan for single-family attached (townhome) development, city park, and associated improvements on approximately 11.61 acres located at 1820 Wittington Place; and take appropriate action. D. ADJOURNMENT This Board or Commission may convene into executive session at anytime during the meeting pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (2) for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item. Farmers Branch City Hall is wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are available at the main entrance facing William Dodson Parkway.
