BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS City Hall, 166 Boulder Drive Fitchburg MA 01420 (978) 829-1820 Daniel Sarefield, Chairman Richard Boscardin John Zarrella MINUTES OF MEETING A regular meeting of the Board of License Commissioners was held on November 4, 2020 over the Zoom meeting platform, and called to order by Commissioner Sarefield at 6:01 PM. Commissioners Boscardin and Zarrella were also present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Howe was present. I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S) The minutes were held until the next meeting. Solicitor: Ryan Navas, 45 Fairmount Street, Leominster for Verizon Services. Mr. Navas was not present at the meeting. Moved to continue the application to the next License Commission meeting of November 16th approved by roll call vote 3.0. NEW: Automatic Amusement Device: Funstuf Party Place dba Funcade, 791 Water Street, for One (1) Pinball Machine; Fifteen (15) Redemption Games; One (1) Pinball Machine; One (1) Merchandise Game. The manager has withdrawn the application at this time. No action taken. PUBLIC HEARING Application for a New Wine and Malt Beverages, Off Premises Package Store License Krish Variety Inc. dba Twin City Market, 59 Whalon Street Ms. Hetal Patel, Owner, was in attendance. The Hearing was opened and a review of the application was discussed. Commissioner Sarefield reminded the applicant to keep in touch with the Police Department regarding any incidents. Lieutenant Howe stated that the Department was always available to assist, if necessary, and they were there to help. The Chair invited anyone in attendance to speak. No one spoke in support or opposition of the application. Hearing closed and application approved by roll-call vote 3/0. Page 1 NEW BUSINESS There was no new business to discuss.
