Commissioners Boscardin was present. FPD Liaison Patrol Officer Michael Sevigny and City Clerk Joanna Bilotta were present. Commissioner Zarrella was absent. I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S) The minutes of January 18, 2023 were approved by roll call vote 2/0. II. NEW APPLICATIONS Special One Day License St. Joseph’s Church for six (6) Special One Day Wine & Malt Beverage licenses for Fish Fry in the Church Hall at Madonna of the Holy Rosary, 118 Theresa Street from 4:30PM to 7:00PM on February 24th, March 3, 10, 17, 24, and March 31, 2023 for 150 people. Mr. Bernard Schultz was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed alcohol will be purchased by a license wholesaler and all servers have TIP certifications. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. III. RENEWAL APPLICATION 2023 Taxi/Livery Ortiz Transportation, LLC. Ms. Jessica Ortiz was not present at the meeting. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 2/0. IV. CORRESPONDANCE ABCC Actions Placed on file in the City Clerk’s Office V. NEW BUSINESS There was no new business to discuss.
