Commissioner Boscardin and Commissioner Fossa was present. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Jeffrey Howe and City Clerk Joanna Bilotta and were present. I. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PRIOR MEETING(S) 1. Meeting Minutes of November 4, 2024 The Meeting Minutes of November 4, 2024 were amended and approved by roll call vote 3/0. II. APPLICATIONS Please note that the Commission may enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a) (5) (Discussion of CORI results), if required during this portion of the agenda, and will return to regular session upon completion. 2024 2025 License Renewals (Package) The following License Renewals (Package) were approved by roll call vote 3/0. Legend’s Bar & Grille (Wednesday through Saturday) 2024 2025 Renewals for Late Closing Permits (2AM) The following License Renewal Late Closing Permit (2AM) was approved by roll call vote 3/0. 1. South End National Club (Sunday through Saturday) III. SUMMONS HEARING Mill City Pub & Pizza LLC, 488 John Fitch Hwy Mr. Lagoy, Ms. Byington and Officer Monaghan were present at the meeting. Officer Monaghan explained to the commission that there were three incidents that took place at Mill City Pub & Pizza. All three incidents involved the same patrons. Mill City pub & Pizza did immediately notify the FPD on all three incidents. The commission shared their concern with Mr. Lagoy and Ms. Byington on the lack of camera footage that was not available. Mr. Lagoy explained to the commission that they were in the process of obtaining cameras. The building department has informed them that they need a licensed technician to install their cameras. Mr. Lagoy’s technician intends to have their cameras installed in the next 3-4 weeks. Mr. Lagoy questioned the process for trespassing patrons for a better solution to deal with difficult patrons of the establishment. No action taken approved by roll call vote 3/0. IV.
