Commissioner Fossa was present and Commissioner Boscardin was present VIA zoom. FPD Liaison Lieutenant Jeffrey Howe, City Clerk Joanna Bilotta, and Assistant City Clerk Elizabeth McNiff were present. NEW APPLICATIONS: Special One Day Wine & Malt Beverages Jeff McVoy, Private Reception, First Floor of Iver Johnson House, 131 Highland Avenue, Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, for approximately 50 people. Mr. McVoy was present at the meeting. Commissioner Sarefield stated for the record that while he is an employee at Fitchburg State University, he has no financial stake or connection to this event. Mr. McVoy informed the commission that this was an invite only event and he will have two TIP certified servers. Commissioner Sarefield reviewed the application and verified that Mr. McVoy is aware that all entertainment must be shut down thirty minutes prior to closing. Application approved by unanimous roll call vote 3/0. Page 4  Taxi Driver Application 1. Ronald Clapper Jr. – City Cab, Inc. Mr. Clapper was present at the meeting, Commissioner Fossa disclosed that while he has a business relationship with the corporation but has no financial impact at stake. Commissioner Sarefield discussed the Taxi and Livery Service Regulations, as well as his driving history. Mr. Clapper shared that while he has not been a taxi driver in the pass, he has done other transportations. Lt. Howe confirmed with City Clerk Joanna Bilotta that a CORI was ran, he had no concerns.
