MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING HELD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FLORA,ILLINOIS CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 131 EAST SECOND STREET April 20, 2026-4:00 P.M. At 4:00 p.m., Mayor Linda Spicer called to order: A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PETITION OF RUTH STREET APARTMENTS LLC. TO REZONE PROPERTY TO MF-1, TO CONSTRUCT A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING APARMENT COMPLEX. SAID REAL ESTATE IS LOCATED IN DISTRICT A-2 AT 123, 126, 223, AND 226 RUTH ST., FLORA, ILLINOIS. The appropriate notice was published in the Clay County Republican and an Attendance Sheet was signed by all who were present. Mayor Spicer opened the floor for comments and questions. There were no comments or questions. At approximately 4:01 p.m., with no other comments coming forward. Mayor Spicer declared the Public Hearing adjourned. Kaci R.
