Parks and Recreation – Ms. Daly • Consider a motion to Award of the Cannon Park Improvements Project to Buck Frank Excavation in the amount of $243,190.32. Motion made by Councilperson Daly second by Councilperson Ropski. Municipal Ordinances and Code Enforcement – • Consider a motion to advertise for Official Compensation Ordinance 2025‐ 4. Motion made by Councilperson Taliaferro second by Councilperson Fyffe. • Consider a motion to approve Ordinance 2025‐2 for parking vehicles on the grass. Motion made by Councilperson Taliaferro second by Councilperson Ropski. • Consider a motion to approve Ordinance 2025‐3 for Fire Tax relief. Motion made by Councilperson Taliaferro second by Councilperson Ropski. • Discuss Fire Tax Resolution  • Consider a motion to approve Purchase of a 2025 Ford Maverick for Code enforcement. Motion made by Councilperson Taliaferro second by Councilperson Daly to purchase option 1. Option 1 – Hybrid $33,600 2. Option 2 – Non‐Hybrid $28,999 Municipal Planning and Borough Beautification – Ms. Isaac Driveways and Parking Permits – Ms. Daly  Discuss start date and enforcement start date. Parking permits will go on sale July 1st. Police Chief’s Report‐ Chief Bair read the police Chiefs report. Holiday parking is noted on the calendar. Solicitor’s Report‐ Working on the DCIU project, Drafting the conditional use document, drafting the legal ad for the compensation ordinance and following up on the fire tax. Finance Director’s Report‐ Andrew Caponi read the finance report. Mayor’s Report‐The new refrigerator for the pantry has arrived. Boys and Girls Club of Phila donated a van to the fire department so that they can do training. Last week they showed how to stabilize it with the jaws of life. It is being filmed and it will be posted on their website. The fire department would like to put a concrete pad extending the parking lot to put a car for training. There was further discussion on the matter. Borough Manager’s Report‐ Thanked everyone for attending Officer Lerro’s retirement. Epoxy floors are done. Temo Highway employees have started. 2 new police cars purchased with grants and the leaf machine are coming soon. Old Business • Consider a motion to approve 2025 BCO agreement. There was a discussion on the motion. Motion made by Councilperson Ropski second by Councilperson Fyffe. New Business‐  June 28th Sharon Hill has invited Folcroft Council to walk with them in their 4th of July Parade on June 28th. They would like to start partnering with us to start sharing events.  Councilperson Grayson would like to use some of the open gym money that was collected to purchase volleyball and pickle ball equipment so we can start using the catch corner program where they would rent out our facility. Councilperson Daly said that Academy Park has one. There was a discussion on revenue that has been brough in so far. Andrew will get the figures to everyone tomorrow.  Mayor DiCicco there is a couple foundations like level the playing field. Councilperson Grayson and Councilperson Daly will look to see if they have any equipment.  Councilperson Grayson asked to have the boys and girls club open gym time because it’s now summer and we can do some skill camps and board games. She also asked about the center court logo. Shawn stated that the logo was never included in the pricing.
