Ebert, III called the meeting to order at 2:08 pm. Members present were: John Koniar and Mark Welytok. Absent: Keith Newton. Others present: Heyward Housch, Mike Thompson, Meg Hellmich, Jeff Rouzie and Katy Taylor. Chairman Floyd Davis arrived at 2:10. Attachments: 10-24-2016 PCEFCD Meeting Minutes The PCEFCD Meeting Minutes of October 24, 2016 were inadvertently left off the agenda and will be on the December 19, 2016 PCEFCD Meeting Agenda for approval. New Business 16-0718 A RESOLUTION ELECTING OFFICERS A motion was made by Member John Koniar to elected Floyd A. "Skip" Davis as Chairman of the the Board of Directors; to elect Keith Newton as Vice Chairman and to elect Charles J. Ebert, III as the Secretary/Treasurer. The motion was seconded by Member Mark Welytok and carried by an unanimous vote.
