To address the Council, please fill out a card located at the entrance to the right indicating your desire to speak on either a specific agenda item or under Public Communications and give it to the City Clerk. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding and future amendments. 3. Approve a recurring appropriation from Fund 101 to 10140352.8130 to allow the City to fund 50% of the cost of crossing guard services for the 3 CJUSD elementary schools that fall within the City of Fontana.
