Note that Public Hearing items have individual and specific public input opportunities during the public hearing and testimony on those items will only be taken during the public hearing. The Council is prohibited by law from discussing or taking immediate action on non-agendized items. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to adjust this time limit based on the number of speakers who wish to address the Mayor and City Council . A.
