To address the Council, please fill out a card located at the entrance to the right indicating your desire to speak on either a specific agenda item or under Public Communications and give it to the City Clerk. Your name will be called when it is your turn to speak. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USC § 12132), the Grover W. Award a Construction Contract for the Arrow Boulevard at 21-2300 Tokay Avenue Traffic Signal Project. 1. Award bid and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Baker Electric Inc. for the construction of the Arrow Boulevard at Tokay Avenue Traffic Signal Project in the amount of $1,237,500.35 and authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $123,750 (Bid No. SB-113-DE-23). 2. Appropriate $200,000.00 from Measure I Fund 246 to the Arrow Boulevard at Tokay Avenue Traffic Signal Project No. 3354. 3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all utility agreements, utility easements, and subsequent agreements on behalf of the City of Fontana for the Arrow Boulevard at Tokay Avenue Traffic Signal Project. Accept as complete the work performed by GRBCON Inc. for the Valley Boulevard/Kaiser Sewer Project and approve the final construction amount of $872,225.55 2.
