Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Rialto Unified School District (RUSD) and City of Fontana for crossing guard services provided by RUSD for the 2022-2023 school year. 2. Approve an appropriation from Fund 101 to 10140352.8130 to allow the City to fund 50% of the cost of crossing guard services for the one (1) RUSD elementary school that falls within the City of Fontana. Read by title only and waive further reading of and introduce Ordinance No. 1918 an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Fontana, California, amending sections 1-1, 1-2, 1-7 and 1-14 in Chapter 1 of the Fontana Municipal Code to make the sections more intuitive and to incorporate current best practices. 3. Determine that the amendments for Chapter 20 of the Fontana Municipal Code will provide for a more efficient administration, and approve such amendments. 4.
