Pursuant to Section 2-46 of the Code of Ordinances for the Town of Fort Mill, any
resident may appear before council for the purpose of providing public comments on

Mill; Chapter 2, Administration; Article II, Mayor and Council; Division 1, Generally;
Section 2-26, Salaries; So as to provide for the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the
performance of official duties and to provide for compensation in association with
participation in Town health insurance and the State Retirement System. – Davy Broom

First Reading - A series ordinance approving the financing of the construction and
equipping of certain improvements to sewer facilities of the Town of Fort Mill, through
the borrowing of not exceeding thirty five million dollars ($35,000,000), plus capitalized
interest, if any, from the State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund, by agreement
with the South Carolina Water Quality Revolving Fund Authority, pursuant to Title 48,
Chapter 5, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended; providing for the
agreement to make and to accept a loan, the execution and delivery of a loan agreement
between the Town of Fort Mill and the South Carolina Water Quality Revolving Fund
Authority, the execution and delivery of a promissory note from the Town of Fort Mill to
