Those who wish to speak must sign the Public Comment sheet prior to the start of the meeting. (Ward 2- Helms) - Penelope Karagounis NEW BUSINESS ITEMS FORT MILL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING 10-28-2019 1  New Business Item #1 The Utilities Department has been approached by Mr. Ron Moore of 1471 East Hensley Road for connection to the Town’s Water System. The property is located outside of town limits and therefore requires Town Council Approval. INFORMATION/DISCUSSION There are no Information/Discussion items. EXECUTIVE SESSION Please Note: Council may take action on Executive Session Items listed on the agenda when they come back into Public Session. Executive Session #1 Discussion incident to personnel matters.
