(Ward 1: Shirey) – Penelope G. Karagounis New Business Item #2 First Reading – An ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances for the Town of Fort Mill, Chapter 6, Buildings and Building Regulations; Article II, Technical Codes; Section 6-26, Adoption of Standard Codes; so as to adopt the most up-to-date versions of the following codes including all South Carolina modifications: the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Existing Building Code, International Fire Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Energy Conservation Code, National Electrical Code, International Property Maintenance Code, International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, and International Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities – Chris Pettit INFORMATION/DISCUSSION Information/Discussion Item #1 Discussion regarding the awarding of the Rural Infrastructure Grant for the Lift Station in the amount of $500,000. – Greg Rushing EXECUTIVE SESSION Please Note: Council may take action on Executive Session Items listed on the agenda when they come back into Public Session.
